We recommend using our essential oil externally only. Never take.
Evaporation.
Aroma light: Put 1-6 drops of oil in the water bowl above the tea light. Make sure there is always enough water in the tank. The scent will spread throughout the room.
humidifier.
Fill the humidifier with clean water. Add 3-5 drops of your favorite essential oil to the water. By means of high-frequency vibrations, the water is converted into steam, creating a cold mist.
Massage/skin oil.
Do not use essential oil undiluted in its pure form, as the concentration is too strong. When using essential oil in its pure form, it can irritate the skin. For this reason, it is advised to combine an essential oil with a base oil, mixing 2-6 drops of oil with 10 ml of base oil such as jojoba or almond oil. Try the oil on a spot on the skin first (preferably in the elbow crease).
