Preparation for a bath: Water temperature 36 °C to 38 °C. Add 3 full tablespoons of salt to the water. Add 1 tablespoon of rosebuds.
Preparation of a wrap or foot bath: Water temperature is 38 °C to 41 °C. Add 1 full tablespoon of salt to the water. Add 1 teaspoon of rosebuds.
Bath time: 30 to 40 minutes.
